Copyright and Takedown
SeenShot hosts screenshots people upload. Users, not Codemarket OÜ, choose what to capture and whether to publish a public link. This page explains how to ask us to remove a public file that you say infringes your copyright.
We have not designated a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Send notices to the email below. We still review and may remove public files.
1. Where to send a notice

2. What to include (DMCA-style notice)
Write in English and include:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- The copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list).
- The exact SeenShot public link for each screenshot.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If the complaint is not about copyright (privacy, abuse, illegal content), still email qa@seenshot.app and see the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. What we do
If the notice is complete enough to find the file, we may delete the public screenshot. We may tell the uploader if we have their account email. We are not a court. We do not decide ownership beyond a good-faith hosting response.
4. Counter-notice
If your public shot was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email qa@seenshot.app with:
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- The public link and a description of the material.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction in Estonia (and, if you are in the United States, that you will accept service of process from the complainant).
- Your signature.
Waiting periods before restore may apply. We may refuse to restore content that is illegal in Estonia or the EU regardless of a counter-notice.
5. Repeat infringement
We may terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing public shots.
6. Trademarks and other IP
Trademark complaints: identify the mark, the public link, and why the screenshot is not legitimate use. Email qa@seenshot.app.
